Bonnie has over 30 years of nonprofit administration and fund development experience and has fifteen years in the Boys & Girls Clubs Movement where she found that helping kids became her priority. Before coming to BGCCC, Bonnie served as the Director of Resource Development and then the Chief Administrative Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley. Responsible for a $4 million budget, Bonnie led a dynamic team of finance, HR, and IT professionals.

While pursuing an education in business administration, Bonnie shifted focus to nonprofit administration when she started working for a local children’s service organization in 1987. It was there that her desire to help kids who need help most developed into a true passion and led her to Boys & Girls Clubs.
